Todays Workout
Today was my first workout with my new Close Grip weigth vest. i started with 5 min of warm-up exercises, body squats, jumping jacks and push-ups.
I added 30 lbs to the vest and started with my workout. Today i wanted to focus on my upper body push muscles (chest, shoulders, triceps)
4 sets off each to failure
push-ups
alternating med ball push-ups
expolsive elevated push-ups
dips
incline push-ups
dumbbell punches
reverse flys
hindu push ups
alligator push-ups
dips
3 rounds heavy bag drills
time 52min
very happy with my workout today, Close Grip vest did not disappoint. excited about the possibilities tommorow!
